Simone's first performance!!!!

Sim, Sim, Sim.... you made Mommy and Daddy proud today. Today was your first concert ever! First performance ever!

For weeks we had been practicing the 3 songs your class was going to perform at the concert. Initially it was disastrous, I thought you would run away from the stage or you wouldn't sign. Actually I thought you would skip notes while playing your songs. Mummy and daddy would have been okay with that too as long as you had truly worked hard and put your best work forward…….. but boy you surprised everyone by performing incredibly. You carried the weight of your team, you were very confident on the stage.. you were a natural. You got your first trophy today! Your first certifcate! All the lil girls in your class got a hat!

Baby brother was also cheering you one! With every song your performed he was the first one to start clapping. When the concert finished daddy gave his lil girl some flowers for a nice performance. . As a treat for performing so well, we went to eat ice cream with your friend Dev.

You just told daddy –“I really love you today, because you gave me the best present of all – it’s the flowers”. The flowers daddy got, well, they are in your room on the table.

Mummy and daddy are soooooooo proud of you bunny.. coz when you put your mind to something.. you not only do it, but you also excel at it.
